Service Governance

To ensure transparency, consistency, and effective service delivery, all retainers operate under the following guidelines:

  • All services are subject to time tracking

  • Monthly hour allocations reset each month (hours do not roll over)

  • Overage is billed at R300/hour

  • Scope adjustments require written approval

  • Standard support hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
